TROPHY CASE: Tamika Catchings Named WNBA MVP
Indiana Fever forward Tamika Catchings was named Most Valuable Player for the WNBA’s 2011-12 season.
Catchings is a nine year veteran and this is her first MVP Award. She has also made six All-Star appearances and earned an equal number of spots on the All-WNBA team.
What I love about Tamika is that she never allowed her hearing disability to deter her from her dreams. She’s one of the toughest basketball players around (female or male) and this recognition was long overdue.

Michael Jordan’s Golf Bag Is Better Than Yours
Nobody does it like Money.
I can say with certainty that over the years there have been many things about Mr. Michael Jeffrey Jordan that are probably better than most, and his custom golf bag is near the top of that lost. It can’t be touched.
Jordan doesn’t need to let the world know that he’s a champion. He embodies it; he wreaks of it.
Instead, I like to think those six rings on his golf bag are for his amusement alone.
We’re stil in awe. He’s still laughing.
