Kevin Durant stars in NBA “Where Amazing Happens” commercial
In some instances it would be quite interesting to peer into someone’s future, and apparently the NBA believes so too.
In the latest installment of their “where amazing happens” promo series, a boyish Kevin Durant, wearing his Montrose Christian School team uniform, looks on bashfully as a fan foretells his future.
It’s a cool concept that reminds me of Jerry Stiller’s Nike commercials as legendary coach Vince Lombardi.
Certainly the NBA will have many opportunities to include Durant in their marketing campaigns. He’s wasted no time making his mark in the league after being drafted 2nd overall by the Oklahoma Thunder (formerly the Seattle SuperSonics) in 2007, and I don’t see him easing off the pedal anytime soon.
