Jordan X Converse auction in full swing on Ebay

To benefit the James R. Jordan Foundation, and to celebrate the jump shot that won his UNC team the 1982 NCAA Championship, Michael Jordan and Converse collaborated on a limited edition commemorative pack which is currently being auctioned off on Ebay.

The pack includes a replica of the leather Converse he wore in the game and his Tar Heels jersey.

30 packs were created but only 23 are available during the auction, and MJ has autographed each item.

Watch as Jordan talks about becoming the star we grew to love:

I love how he says he was “Mike Jordan” before the shot and became “Michael Jordan” after.

Last I checked, the average bid was $4000 but you have until Friday, when the auction ends, to jump into the fray.

Good luck!
