Raheem Brock arrested for failure to pay bar tab
Industry rule #4,081 – PAY YOUR BAR TAB!
Raheem Brock, defensive end for the Seattle Seahawks, was arrested in his hometown of Philly for skipping out on a bar tab. But, get this…. it was only $27.
TMZ reports someone in his group brought grub into an establishment (Copabanana) from another restaurant, and were asked to vacate. The only problem is, they didn’t pay their bar tab, and the bartender phoned “One Time.”
Typically, places that are in the business of selling food gain nothing by allowing you to bring in food from another spot, so, I can understand their policy.
Brock was eventually arrested and booked on suspicion of theft and resisting arrest.
Here’s the thing, when you are 6’4″ and over 250 pounds, I’m sorry but you can’t really avoid the spotlight. Even if it wasn’t Brock specifically who didn’t pay the tab, more than likely his was the only face recognized.
Back in May, Raheem made a funny video with teammate Chester Pitts to poke fun at NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell over the lockout.
He seems like a genuine nice guy. Better luck next time, bruh.
