Amar’e Stoudemire Talks NBA Lockout and Conditioning [VIDEO]

The Real Robinson Report caught up with New York Knick Amar’e Stoudemire and asked him a few questions about a possible NFL Lockout.

No one knows better about the effects of a lockout better than The Real Robinson Report’s creator and host, Michael Robinson, who is a running back with the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks.

At the time of this posting, the NFL Lockout has reached its 104th day. Although some say an end is near, it’s nearly one month away from the time training normally begins.

The NBA’s current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) ends June 30th. Should both league’s be on strike at the same time, it spells disaster for fans of both sports who are accustomed to watching summer league basketball (which has already been cancelled) then the coverage of football training camps.

Friday, Charles Barkley, who never holds his tongue, shared this thought with The Dan Patrick Show about the looming lockout….

Honestly, I don’t think were going to play at all next year,” the TNT analyst said. “Everything is out of whack. These owners are in it for Armageddon.

I have a strange feeling about all of this. It’s a good thing I like baseball and love to read books.
