Nevin Shapiro has a new problem on his hands.
His inclusion of Luther Campbell in his recount of his days as booster for the University of Miami football program has angered Campbell so, that he is in the process of filing suit against Shapiro.
I’m gonna sue him,” Campbell told the website. “I’m gonna sue him, literally, for defamation. I’m gonna sue the (expletive). I’m dead serious. I looked at the complaint yesterday. It’s just a matter of (my lawyer) filing. He’ll probably file it either today or tomorrow.”
Campbell’s heart belongs to the Hurricanes and he has been a supporter of the program for YEARS so I can imagine his true level of “pistivity.”
In case you didn’t know, Uncle Luke’s wife is a lawyer, so it is of no surprise that his thoughts on this situation have led to litigation.
