New York City was abuzz and star-filled Tuesday night for the 2011 Time 100 Gala, held at the Lincoln Center in Manhattan and favorite sports couple Carmelo Anthony and Lala Vasquez Anthony attended and shined on the red carpet.

TIME Magazine’s annual TIME 100 list celebrates the most influential people in the world. They are artists and activists, reformers and researchers, heads of state and captains of industry. Their ideas spark dialogue and dissent and sometimes even revolution.
