Five Thoughts on ESPN’s The Fab Five

    ONE

The Fab Five documentary on ESPN, although not a part of the original 30 for 30 series, was one of the best. Hands down. Chris Webber, Juwan Howard, Jalen Rose, Ray Jackson, and Jimmy King, are sports iconic in the maaner in which they impacted and changed the game of basketball.

    TWO

Jalen Rose is a media BEAST. He continues to impress. Some may not like what he said, nor the way he said it, but he spoke from the heart, and I respect that. Unfortunately, he may go misunderstood.

    THREE

Racism dampers the lives of the racists and those their hatred is projected upon. Mostly because it is a collossal waste of energy and time. For all the coons and niggers the Fab Five were called, it didn’t stop their destiny; it simply became a sad aspect of their history. Not even their coach was immune.

    FOUR

Chris Webber’s presence was missed, moreso because it left the producers to tell his story from the vantage point others and the footage that exists from that time. His words, and his feeings would have been nice to hear, but I understand his absence.

    FIVE

The NCAA has not changed its practices, and perhaps never will. They continue to make disgusting amounts of profit off the backs of student athletes who never see a dime of that money. And, don’t give me that “free education” shpeel either. Most of these schools aren’t even graduating their players.

FAB five won NOTHING! They hate on Grant Hill becuase his family was together and educated, so they are “uncle toms”… Jalen you are a fool and a “Ni**er” Grant is a black man. Don’t hate cause ur dad wanted nothing to do with you. Chris Webber is a joke, go to class Chris. Learn how to count! You were out of timeouts, lol. MORON
